About the event
This is the second session to understand the NHRA Accreditation Standards. This workshop will explain and clarify the all the standards in the first two Elements (chapters) namely:
Element One: Governance, Leadership and Management
Element Two: Human Resource
Objectives:
1- Understand the Standards
2- Identify how many evidence (EoC) are required per standard
3- Learn how to develop such Evidence of Compliance EoC
3- Learn how to create your own templates and documents as an evidence of compliance
4- Be familiar with the Tracer (Survey) Technique that address these two Standard elements
