Autism spectrum disorder is a condition related to brain development that impacts how a person perceives and socializes with others, causing problems in social interaction and communication. The disorder also includes limited and repetitive patterns of behavior

Attendees of this autism spectrum disorder eLearning Lecture will learn the size of the current problem of autism, and the precipitating and genetic factors behind the problem and how to do screening to identify children with autistic features. Additionally, attendees will learn how to diagnose a case of autism and know the referral criteria and how to mange it in a primary or pediatric setting.
